WiBand provides a dedicated Internet service ranging from 1 Mbps to 1 Gbps. We provide scalable ports should you need to increase your connection speed at any time. Each commercial Internet connection comes with a monthly usage package and can also be provided with unlimited use. Reliability
We are so confident in our ability to deliver reliable Internet service that we back our offerings with an industry leading Service Level Agreement ("SLA"). Our guarantee to you as a customer is that the service will be available 99.99% of the time and should an issue arise we are committed to resolving it within a maximum time period of 4 hours in WiBand's prime network coverage areas. WiBand is able to deliver this reliability through effective use of licensed ring topology and multiple-homing on our Internet Gateways in each of our Branch Cities.

All commercial Internet service packages come with 24/7/365 Technical Support and Customer Care should you have questions or need assistance at any time. Our team of safety certified field technicians are on call at all times and are ready to be deployed should you need on-site assistance. At WiBand, you always deal with highly-skilled, experienced WiBand Communications Staff – we do not outsource technical support, customer service or installation/field technicians.
