Fast & Professional Installation
The average installation time from order placement to service delivery is between 3 and 6 weeks, however, 24 hour installation is possible in the case of an emergency. In most cases, the installation of our service is very straight-forward and simply requires the mounting of a small antenna receiver near or on the roof of your building. The installation is performed by a certified WiBand field technician. Our Service Level Agreement ("SLA") is not an objective, it is a guarantee. If we are unable to deliver services meeting the expectations as described in the SLA, you as the customer are protected and may be eligible to receive compensation. We have full redundancy built within our networks, using various mediums including fibre and wireless in addition to having a fully redundant core with multiple internet service providers to route your traffic through different paths if necessary – that is how we guarantee your service.
