Important Info Regarding Your WiBand Services
To Our Valued Customers,
As you know, WiBand was acquired by CCI Wireless in May of 2019. As part of the integration process, we have been working to integrate all of our processes. Part of this transformation includes some up-coming changes to your billing process. We wish to ensure that you are properly made aware of the changes happening within our business and our commitment to ensuring that your services will continue without change.
The most important change to note is that you will be receiving a NEW WiBand account number and that our banking information has changed, which will affect all Electronic Funds Transfers (EFTs). On your invoice, you will also notice some changes to your invoice format as well as WiBand’s contact information.
You will have received your new account number by email. Please Contact Us if you have not received this update.
As we make these changes, we request that you ensure that WiBand’s new banking and contract information is up to date in your system. This will help to prevent any issues or problems with the billing of your services into the future.
Payment Options & Changes to Be Noted:
Please see your invoice for a full list of payment options.
Online banking: Will require a new account number
Payments at financial institutions: Will require a new account number
Pre-authorized bank or credit card payments: Fill out a new pre-authorization form and return it to us at email@example.com.
Cheque payments: Make sure cheque is mailed to our new address.
